This policy describes how Product Fetch uses cookies and similar storage on our marketing site and within the authenticated app.

Marketing site (this website)

Our public landing pages do not set tracking or advertising cookies. We use only essential technical storage required by the hosting platform (Cloudflare Pages) for security and delivery.

App & dashboard

When you install the app or sign in to the merchant dashboard, we use cookies to:

• Session authentication — maintain your Shopify embedded session and dashboard login (e.g. pf_dashboard_session).
• Store linking — short-lived tokens to connect your Shopify store to your dashboard account during SSO (pf_sso_pending).

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and are not used for ads.

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies in your browser settings. Clearing session cookies will sign you out of the dashboard. Uninstalling the Shopify app revokes OAuth access.
