Terms of Service

By installing or using Product Fetch (the "Service") operated by Sectem, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

Service description

Product Fetch helps Shopify merchants import and sync products from other public Shopify storefronts, manage imports via a dashboard and Chrome extension, and apply pricing rules and currency conversion.

Eligibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the Shopify store you connect. You are responsible for ensuring imports comply with applicable laws, supplier agreements, and intellectual property rights.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing API. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel through Shopify Admin. Free-tier import limits apply when no active paid subscription exists.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or other merchants' private data
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service without written permission
• Import from stores you do not have rights to source from

Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, Shopify API changes, or third-party outages may affect imports.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sectem is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost profits or catalog errors. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. Upon uninstall, data handling follows our Privacy Policy and Shopify's requirements.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
